We want you to buy with confidence anytime you purchase products from us. The condition of the item you buy and its timely delivery are guaranteed. If your item becomes defective more than 30 days past the shipment date and it is under warranty, you must contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

Our general return policy is as under, however, please read carefully return policy for each item mentioned along with the listing :

• If item received by you is defective, please intimate us and return it within 3 days of receipt of item. The replacement shall be sent to you immediately on receipt of the item. If the replacement is not available the full amount will be refunded. Pick up for the defective product will be arranged by us on case to case basis.

• For any reason you don’t like the product, only replacement will be offered within 10 days from item receipt and the courier charges for both ways will be paid by you. The item must be in its original condition including packing.

Returning Jewellery and Accessories :

If you need to return a jewellery please follow the guidelines for this particular type of merchandise. Fine Jewelry and watches that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. All Fine Jewelry and watches must be returned in new, unworn condition, and will undergo quality checks along with our original invoice.

We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from and fulfilled by us.
